What’s New and Improved
Implemented a connector with OpenAI that enables generative AI capabilities that assist Agents by providing content suggestions when handling any textual-based interaction supported by the platform.
Managing contacts in the embedded mini CRM is now simplified by including a bulk contact import capability. Detailed information is available in the Sangoma CX Phone Book Management Guide.
Under Queues > Announcements, the button with the label “Create Announcement” has been changed to “Add” Announcement, to better clarify its functionality.
Integrated BV-CX Phone-only Agents can now use a simplified login call flow that only requires Agent ID and Agent PIN to Log in to the platform, speeding up their logging process.
A new configuration option has been implemented in the queues that allow stopping call recordings on call transfers. The default behavior when call recording is activated in a queue is maintained, which is to continue recording after the call transfers.
Queue Annual Report is available for download by clicking on a button in the report.
Added a new tab in the Agent Panel that displays the status of all the queues the agent is assigned to.
