Remote Access
Customer acknowledges that Sangoma’s ability to perform certain Support Services may be conditioned upon access to the product through direct remote access to the Sangoma product. As per our Terms of Service we require direct SSH access to deliver service on all support requests. We're unable to do any VPN or Desktop Sharing. Sangoma shall not be held accountable for Resolution Goals due to excessive delays in the customer's inability to provide direct Remote Access upon initial contact. We recommend that you only open SSH to your server from the following IP Addresses that Sangoma controls:
