When you close TeamHub it only closes the Window, the App continues to run in the background in order to continue sending message notifications.
If you are doing a application upgrade or if the app stops responding use these steps to force the app to quit.close.
For MAC P/Cs
Click HERE for instructions to force close the TeamHub Desktop app.
For Windows P/Cs
Step 1 - Open the Windows Task Manager
On your keyboard (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
Press the Ctrl and Alt keys simultaneously.
While continuing to press the Ctrl and Alt keys press the Delete key
When prompted Click on Task Manager.
Step 2 - End Sangoma’s TeamHub Task
Find the Sangoma TeamHub in the Apps section of the task manager.
Right Click on Sangoma TeamHub.
Click on End task.
