When you close TeamHub it only closes the Window, the App continues to run in the background in order to continue sending message notifications.

If you are doing a application upgrade or if the app stops responding use these steps and need to force close the app to closeTeamHub app, follow the steps below.

For MAC P/Cs

  • Click HERE for instructions to force close the TeamHub Desktop app.

For Windows P/Cs

Step 1 - Open the Windows Task Manager

  • On your keyboard (Ctrl+Alt+Del)

    • Press the Ctrl and Alt keys simultaneously.

    • While continuing to press the Ctrl and Alt keys press the Delete key

    • When prompted Click on Task Manager.

Step 2 - End Sangoma’s TeamHub Task

  • Find the Sangoma TeamHub in the Apps section of the task manager.

  • Right Click on Sangoma TeamHub.

  • Click on End task.

①Click the show hidden icons option at the bottom right of the screen.

② Right click on the TeamHub icon.

③ Click the Quit option.
