Overview

If you are not getting notified when you get an incoming call, your browser or system may not be properly configured. The following instruction can help with updating your notifications setting.

Desktop App

Click the Settings ( ) icon in the Chat header.

  • Select Chat Settings.

  • Select Notifications in the panel on the left.

Chrome Browser

  • Open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click the 3 dot ( ⋮ ) icon.

  • Click Settings in the drop down menu.

  • Click Privacy and security in the left nav menu.

  • Click on Site settings.

  • Find “http://teamhub.sangoma.com/”.

  • Click the arrow to the right to expand.

  • Select “Allow” in the Notifications setting.

  • Select “Allow” in the Pop-ups and redirects setting.


Mac

  • Click the Apple menu .

  • Click System Settings

  • Click Notifications in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

  • Ensure the Allow notifications setting is turned on.
