General Settings
Line Label is the label displayed on the phone's Line Key for this extension. You can enter a specific label, or use variables to describe what the label should be. Variables are useful in Extension Templates so you do not have to set a unique label for each extension.
Build dynamic line label with variables includes the following from a dropdown menu: First Name, Last Name, First Letter of First Name, First Letter of Last Name, Extension. Click Append to add the variable to the Line Label.

A table like the one below displays the codecs in priority of use that your Digium phone supports. You can enable/disable a codec. You can also set its packetization period and jitter settings by clicking the Modify icon. You can move it up and down in the table using the Move Arrow.
