Your account and profile include Additional Numbers that are used to help others in your organization find you when you are away from your desk. For example, you can add your mobile phone number, your home phone number, or even another extension that you use frequently. Numbers added here are shown in your co-workers’ Phonebook entries.

your Converged Phones, rather than putting it in Additional Numbers.

To create a new number, click Create Additional Number. You can set an icon, title, and a phone number or extension. The icon and title are displayed in your co-workers’ Phonebook entries. To change the icon for an entry, click the icon.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to enter the number as you would dial it from your phone. For example, begin with a 9 if that’s how you would normally dial that number.

Click the pencil icon to modify a number, or the red X to delete a number. Drag the green arrows to change the order that your numbers are shown in.
