First you will need to connect the PRI spans together with a T1 Crossover cable. Here is a a link on how to create a T1 cross over cable.

After you connect the span together log into the first PBX and to Setup then select Channel Groups.

On the Channel Groups page click the Create Channel Group button like you see below.

On the Create Channel Group page enter a name for the channels in the Group Name field.

Then in the Device Type drop down select PRI T1/E1 B (Bearer) Channel.

In the Secondary Device Type select PRI (Primary Rate) Network Side.

Then under the Add Channels to this Group select the 23 (or more) bear channels by clicking the box next to them like below.

Then click the Save Channel Group button

After clicking save you will be brought back to the the Channel Groups page.
Click the Create Channel Group button page again so we can create the data channel. On the Create Channel Group page enter a Group Name. Then in the Device Type menu select PRI T1/E1 Data Channel. It should look like the picture below.

Then in the Add Channels to this Group select channel 24.

Then click Save Channel Group.
Your Channel Groups should now have 1 group for the 24 PRI T1/E1 B (Bearer) Channels and 1 channel group for the PRI T1/E1 D (Data) Channel and should like like the picture below.

Now log into the PBX you would like to peer it with and follow the exact same steps except this time for the Secondary Device Type select PRI (Primary Rate ISDN) CPE Side.
Now when you go to your connections status page under the Hardware tab you should see all the channels and the state should say no alarm like the picture below.
