The global configuration password is the same as the Assignment code. It can be changed and updated by taking the following steps

Log into your /admin
Go to Setup>Digium Phones
Choose Desk Phone Assignment Options
Change the Assignment Authentication to Assignment Code
Enter new Assignment Code and Save.
