Sangoma Meet now allows users to customize lobby messages.
Go to Profile > Settings.
When the Settings window opens, select the Lobby Room tab.
Click the Edit button and enter the desired title and message.
When finished, save the updated message by clicking the Save button.

Attendees will see the updated message while waiting to be admitted to the meeting.
