How to Accessing Appointment History within the Appointment Scheduler
The Appointment Scheduler can be accessed directly using a browser and also or within TeamHub.

Click History in the left side panel.
A list of previously scheduled Appointments is displayed.

① Add an Appointment:
Click the ( + APPOINTMENT ) button in the top right corner.
Follow the steps in the Appointment User Guide.
② Communicate / Send a Message:
Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the desired appointment and select Communicate.
Enter the Message and click the ( Send ) button.
③ Update Appointment Status:
Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing appointment and select Update Status.
Select a New Status and click the ( Save ) button.
④ Edit an Appointment:
Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing appointment and select Edit.
Follow the steps in the Appointment User Guide.
⑤ Delete an Appointment:
Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing appointment and select Delete.
