Symptom
Under atypical conditions, a Dialogic 2000 Media Gateway Series (DMG2000) gateway may continuously reboot.
Reason for the issue
The power monitoring circuit may trigger a reset to the microprocessor that can cause the DMG2000 gateway to reboot continuously.
Fix / Solution
Dialogic will rework any affected DMG2000 gateways to modify the power monitoring circuit. This does not affect all systems, therefore this change is being applied only to units that exhibit this intermittent condition and to new production.
