Set Queue Visibility Permissions:
Click Add New Permission.
Select the Queuesthe supervisor can monitor.
Enable Detailed View or Queue Call Control permission as required.
You can remove queue permissions by clicking the delete button
Set Call View/Monitor Permissions:
Click Add New Permission and select the call groups the supervisor can monitor.
Enable View permissions to allow supervisors to see call details.
Enable Monitor permissions to allow supervisors to listen in on calls.
You can remove the call group permission by clicking on the delete button.
Click on Save Permissions to save and move on to the next user configuration.
After configuring the required permissions, clicking Save Permissions completes the permission for all the selected users, click on the Finish button to complete the wizard setup.
