The Vega Gateway Module is already pre-installed on FreePBX and PBXact 14 and above and requires no installation.
If you have FreePBX / PBXact 13 you will be required to upgrade to 14. To identify your system version please reference System Admin - Updates
If you have FreePBX/PBXact 14 and do not see the Vega Management Module within the WebGUI, you will simply need to download the Module (which is not available on FreePBX/PBXact 13)
