How to Navigate to Devices > Settings Section
...
Pick which device you want to manage settings for.
At the top, you will see the current name and serial number of the device and also the current status of the device, such as "online" or "offline."
New Name- You can rename the device to have a new friendly name, such as "Neenah Conf Room."
Outbound Only- If enabled, this means any inbound faxes to any DIDs associated to the trunks on this device will not be sent to the physical fax machines attached to this device. If you have fax to e-mail set up on the DID, the fax will still be e-mailed out, but it will not be sent to the attached fax machine on this device.
Port Settings-
Caller ID- When sending a fax from this port, the outbound Caller ID will be whatever you define here.
TSI- When a fax machine sends a fax to another machine, it includes a TSI (transmitting subscriber identification) value to let the other machine know where the fax is coming from. This should usually be your Caller ID Name.
Default Area Code- If you dial only a 7-digit number when sending a fax from this port, the default area code defined here will automatically be prefixed to the number. All faxing from FAXStation requires a 10- or 11- digit outbound number, so defining a default area code will enable 7-digit dialing.
Make sure to press the Save configuration button at the bottom after making any changes.
