Find your phone's IP address
From a computer located on the same subnet as the phone, type the phone's IP address into a web browser
Enter admin as the username and 22222 as the password
Click Reset from the left-hand navigation menu
Click Restore
The phone will reboot, revert to factory defaults, and then attempt to download it's configuration file
