Click AutoAnswer --> edit call menu
If you wish to edit your current keypress options, select a digit from the drop-down menu under "if caller presses" and an action from the drop-down menu under "Go to submenu/ext"
Repeat step 2 for every other keypress you wish to change
If you wish to add a new keypress, select a digit from the drop-down menu under "Add New Keypress" section and an action from the drop-down menu next to "Go to:"
Repeat step 4 for every other keypress you wish to add

Note: The keypress system knows which digits are currently assigned. You cannot assign a keypress twice. The actions available from the "Go to:" drop-down include all sub-menus and extensions configured on your PBXtra . You cannot route a caller into a queue via a keypress. You must first route the caller into a sub-menu and from the sub-menu route the caller into a queue. |
