Click on Options --> settings
Click the + symbol next to Call Routing Settings
Click 'yes' next to Change Dial Out Prefix
Click Apply All Changes
Click on Options --> dial plan
Change the dial out prefix from 9 to any other digit for each of your dial plans. If you need information on editing dial plans, please read How do I edit an existing dial plan?
Once you have updated all of your dial plans, you must restart your phone for your settings to take effect. If you restart your phone once and make a test call using your new dial-prefix and your call fails, you should flash your phone. Please search for the term flash at the top of our KB and choose the article matching the model of your phone.
