Voicemail Key Type

Overview

The Voicemail Key on the phone can be set to use the Phone Apps Voicemail or the standard audio voicemail.

Setting Voicemail Key type

• You can set the Voicemail Key type using the PBX EndPoint Manager.

• Go into End Point Manager in your PBX and select the Sangoma brand in the menu.

  

• Click on the template in End Point Manager that you want to modify.

  

• Click on the Options menu tab at the top

  

• Select the option you prefer

  

  • Voicemail Application - Uses the Phone Apps voicemail app.  Allows you to selectively choose which voicemail you want to listen to, see time/date and delete voicemails in any order.

  • Standard Voicemail - Uses the native voicemail application.
