Please enter the first three or more letters of the party's first or last name, using your touch tone keypad. Use the 1 key for punctuation. Press 0 to exit the directory and obtain further assistance." If desired, you can select a different announcement from your list of available System Recordings.
Invalid Retries
Number of times to retry when receiving an invalid/unmatched input from the caller.

Where to send callers when they run out of retries or press 0. May be overridden by the "Return to IVR" option below.

Name
This should auto-populate with the extension's descriptive name. This is what users will search by when asked to enter the first 3 letters of the person's name. For example, if the name is Bartholomew, the caller would enter 227 for BAR.

What is played back to the caller upon a match. This can be the voicemail greeting, text to speech, spell name, or a system recording.
Dial
What to dial. By default, this is the user's extension. However, this can be changed to another extension. This is useful if you want an executive's calls to go to their assistant for example.
