IMPORTANT: Switchboard Layouts in 5.X are not maintained after the 6.0 update. Before you update to 6.0, we highly recommend you review the existing Switchboards in your organization and create a plan for your new 6.0 Layouts. You may want everyone to take a screenshot of their own Switchboard so they can recreate their new Switchboard Layouts. Either way, creating the new Layouts should not take more than a few minutes. |
