You can download SJphone from www.sjlabs.com.

1. Install SJphone per its instructions

2. Start SJphone

3. Click Options from the Menu popup window

4. Click the Profiles tab

5. Click New...

6. Name your profile, e.g., John Doe
   The file name will be named "John Doe.ini" automatically

7. Leave the Profile set to Calls through SIP Proxy

8. Click OK

9. Click the SIP Proxy tab

10. Enter the Switchvox IP address or domain name in Domain/Realm. Be sure to use the external IP or domain name if you are connecting to Switchvox remotely.

11. Leave all other options as their default

12. Click OK

13. Enter the Switchvox extension number and Phone password.
    Extension > Create or Modify > Phone Settings > Advanced Options > Phone Password

14. Click OK
