Issues Resolved
For phone extensions, all control of voicemail greetings has been moved back into the web suite's Voicemail Options area. (In version 5.8, the call rules Send to Voicemail action controlled voicemail greetings in some situations.)

Important for all versions
The Busy Greeting that is set in Greeting Rules is always played when your extension is busy (e.g., on the phone, or have a call on hold). For example, if you are busy and a coworker transfers a call to your voicemail, or you press Send VM on an incoming call on your Digium Phone. In versions prior to 5.8.3, the busy greeting only played if you were busy and the caller arrived at your voicemail through any call rules' Send to Voicemail action.
