Sangoma supports USB headsets for audio and call control via the rear USB port on most P-Series telephones. Sangoma supports USB-HID for device connectivity but does not perform any call control for any non-Sangoma USB headsets, nor does Sangoma perform any testing of any non-Sangoma USB headsets. Any performance of any non-Sangoma USB-connected headsets is purely coincidental and is untested or maintained by Sangoma. The following USB headsets are supported:

Sangoma:

  • HC120 binaural over-the-head corded USB-A headset (SKU: 1TELHC100LF)

Other Notes

Sangoma's D-Series and P-Series telephones are not compatible with handset lifters. Handset lifters will lift the receiver (speaker) end of the handset. Sangoma's handsets require that the microphone end of the handset be removed from the cradle in order to be registered as off-hook.
