Description:
Use this pane to configure parameters for the SIP Busy Out feature. The IMG can monitor the status of external SIP gateways by sending periodic SIP OPTIONS messages. If the gateway does not respond in a configured amount of time the IMG will mark the gateway as down and attempt to re-route the call to a different gateway.

If the SIP profile ID field in the SIP Profile object is set to ID:0 then the SIP Options Keep Alive fields can not be changed. The fields in the SIP Options will be green indicating that the fields are not selectable. Change the ID in the SIP profile object to something other than ID:0.
