In order to configure your Sangoma Express for Lync Appliance, you would need to setup the following components in order:
Configuring your Active Directory Infrastructure for Express for Lync 2.0
Configuring the Microsoft Lync 2013 Front End Pool for Express for Lync 2.0
Configuring the built in Session Border Controller for Express for Lync 2.0
Configuring Netborder Express Gateway for Express for Lync 2.0
Configuring the Lync Edge Server Role for Express for Lync 2.0
Configuring the Reverse Proxy Server for Express for Lync 2.0
Configuring Multiple Express for Lync appliances on Same Subnet
Breaking Off DID's for FXS (FAX) within Express for Lync 2.0
Configuring Traditional SIP Phones with Express for Lync 2.0
Deploying a Second Express for Lync Appliance within the same Organization
Each step is a critical component into creating a fully operation Express for Lync solution. You should also note that one or more of these steps might not be required for every installation. For example, if your IT Infrastructure is already hosting an Active Directory setup, the 1st stp in creating an Active Directory infrastructure can be skipped, and the VM for the Domain Controller does not need to ever be power up.
