When you close TeamHub it only closes the Window, the App continues to run in the background in order to continue sending message notifications.
If you are doing a application upgrade or if the app stops responding use these steps to force the app to close.
For MAC P/Cs
Click HERE for instructionsand need to force close the TeamHub
Desktop app.For Windows P/Cs
Step 1 - Open the Windows Task Manager
On your keyboard (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
Press the Ctrl and Alt keys simultaneously.
While continuing to press the Ctrl and Alt keys press the Delete key
When prompted Click on Task Manager.
Step 2 - End Sangoma’s TeamHub Task
Find the Sangoma TeamHub in the Apps section of the task manager.
Right Click on Sangoma TeamHub.
Click on End task.

Click the Menu option at the top of the page
Select Quit.
