There is a string of digits needed to be configured in the Trunk Group associated to the ISDN connecting to Vega. The string needed is: <#'XXXXXXXXXX>+MX.%999G
You need to enter in support mode in the ShoreTel director. To do so, in the login screen press Control+Shift and click on the “U” of username, a red message will tell you that you are in support mode. Log In, and go to the trunk group, go to new options at the end and select custom, type in the string. Then make any dummy change in the trunk just to enable the SAVE option and Save.

Note: Sometimes the coupling between ISDN and MFCR2 signals does not allow calls to be processed correctly. To solve this it is necessary to add a delay in the dialing plan for the calls between MFCR2 and ISDN/PRI. |
