Description:

The Service Time Of Day Table and Service Time Of Day Table Entry are used as part of a service where routing is first accomplished by routing on a digit table to an announcement. Once the announcement is played, routing to a specific channel group is accomplished. Service Routing can be used for an application such as Pre-Call Announcements. The announcement would play a treatment such as "The following conversation will be recorded for security and training reasons" before the call is forwarded to a channel group.
