The Packet Facility object pane allows a user the ability to configure one or more groups of VoIP channels. These VoIP groups or Packet Facilities will be used to transport either audio and/or video packets between a VoIP channel group and an external VoIP entity. A Packet Facility can be as little as one VoIP channel up to many VoIP channels. Each Packet Facility objects allows a user to configure Name to identify the Packet Facility, a Network Address, and starting port number. Also, within this object, the Packet Facility can be configured as to whether they will be utilized for Packet Audio or Packet Multimedia (audio/video). Refer to the information below.
