Overview

The Call Forward application lets you easily enable call forwarding for following scenarios:

  • Unconditional: Forward all calls immediately.

  • Unavailable: Forward calls if extension is not answered.

  • Busy: Forward calls if the extension is busy.

How to access Call Forwarding

  • From the Sangoma Talk app click on the Apps () icon and the available applications are displayed.

  • Click on the Call Forwarding icon.

Configure Call Forwarding

  1. Enter a number that calls should be forwarded to for the desired scenario.

  1. Delete a previously entered number.

  1. Turn on or off the desired scenario.

Note: Calls will only be forwarded for the scenarios that are turned on.
