Channel Group Service

The Channel Group Service object is created under a SIP Channel Group. By configuring the Channel Group Service object, the channel group it is being configured under will have a GCL Service such as MWI or CNAM service enabled on it. Within the Channel Group Service object, a drop down menu displays the TCAP/SCCP services that are configured under the GCL Services object. After configuring the Channel Group Service object under a channel group with TCAP/SCCP enabled, this will inform the IMG 2020 which stack to map the incoming or outgoing SIP message to. For example, if the  SIP-TCAP service is MWI, the service MWI will be the service that the Channel Group will utilize. The Channel Group Service points to the Node/Stack that has the MWI service configured on it.
