IMG 1010 - Telnet Client

Accessing this Pane:

Dialogic IMG EMS-> Logical IMG-> Physical IMG-> Telnet Client

Description:

Use this pane to enable/disable access a Telnet Client or to verify the telnet status.

Technical Notes:

When configuring a Telnet Client, the following happens:

The client information is sent to this particular “Physical IMG”, also every server that the client is configured to use will also be configured on this particular “Physical IMG”.  Once the client and the servers have been configured the client will continuously try connect to the servers it has been configured for.

ClientView Pane:

Field Descriptions:

Telnet Client

This field sets the Telnet Client to Enable or Disable.

Enable- You will be allowed to telnet into the IMG.

Disable- You will not be allowed to telnet into the IMG. A 'Connection refused' message will be displayed when trying to connect.

Monitoring Fields:

Telnet Connection Status

Status of telnet client is displayed here. (Connected or Disconnected)

Remote IP Address

Displays the IP address of the client that is connected to IMG.
