Announcements
The Announcements object is a parent or container object. It is under the Announcements object, that the individual announcement entries are created and configured. Once all the announcement entries have been created and configured, they can be sent to the IMG 2020 by clicking on the Download Announcement Entries button. Refer to the documentation below.

Button Functionality
Download Announcement Entries - After the Announcement Entries have been created and configured under the Announcements object they can be downloaded to the IMG 2020. Click on theDownload Announcement Entriesbutton and all the Announcement Entries configured in the Web GUI will be saved onto the IMG 2020.
Delete All Entries - Clicking on theDelete All Entriesbutton will purge the audio files from the IMG 2020 and will also remove them from under theAnnouncementobject in the Web GUI.
