Dialogic Object

The Dialogic object displays in its Configuration Name field the filename that is saved in the systemConfig.db file. The systemConfig.db file is saved on the SD card and is sent to the IMG 2020 whenever the configuration being created or updated is saved. Also, a second file is created on the SD card when the configuration is saved. This file is created and saved by going to the File Menu and selecting Save. The second file saved on the SD card is created and labeled by the user when saving a configuration.  and its extension is .db as well. Once this file is created and sent to the IMG 2020, it will be displayed in the Configuration Name field.

The Configuration Name field in the Dialogic object displays the filename which is configured in the systemConfig.db file.

Configuration Name

The file displayed in the Configuration Filename is the filename sent to the IMG 2020. This filename exists in the systemConfig.db file that is sent to the IMG 2020.

EMS type

The type of EMS system to be configured. The options include STANDALONE, PRIMARY, or SECONDARY.

EMS Peer IP address

The IP address for peer EMS system.

EMS notify E-Mail address

The e-mail address for EMS notification. It is used to receive notifications from the EMS and show any state changes. For example, if the Primary/Active EMS goes down then the Secondary/Standby should change to Secondary/Active. This will trigger an event, and a notification will be sent to the e-mail recipient.

It is possible to force EMS redundancy switch over by clicking on the Force EMS Redundancy switch over button. When doing so, the web connectivity to the EMS might be lost. If this occurs, log back on to the peer EMS system.
