Bug Fixes

  • Issue 1: Default meeting not configured message displayed only to BV premium & standard users: We have resolved the issue causing intermittent errors on the screen.

  • Issue 2: Transcription panel losing phrases: Users speaking too quickly experienced lost phrases in the transcription panel. This issue has been fixed.

  • Issue 3: Video setting issues on MAC computers: Some users were unable to set video quality to HD in Sangoma Meet. This issue has been addressed.

  • Issue 4: Mouse pointer getting replicated while screen sharing: ​​While screen sharing mouse pointer getting replicated multiple times on the shared screen has been fixed.

Notes:

Sangoma Meet Google chrome Extension update:
We updated the Sangoma Meet Google Chrome extension, enhancing its performance and usability on both Windows and MacOS platforms.
Because of this, a user has to accept the new permissions again in order to enable the extension on Google Chrome otherwise there will be no option to schedule a meeting with Sangoma Meet from google calendar. 

Issue: Sangoma Meet chrome extension is disabled because of which no option to schedule a  Sangoma Meet meeting via google calendar.
Resolution: 

Option 1: 
Once user opens the chrome browser, user will be prompted to accept the new permissions as shown below:

Option 2: 

Users have to go to Settings>> Extension>> Manage extensions, to enable the Sangoma Meet Chrome extension again and accept the permissions
