Pressing the "Contacts" soft key will bring up a list of all contact groups created inside the Contact Manager module.
You can use the Class of Service module to restrict which contact groups any user can see. |
From here you can see there are 3 groups:
Employees- In this example, this is an "Internal Group".
Vendors- In this example, this is an "External Group".
User Manager- This is a default group that provides all users and can not be deleted or modified.
You can press the blue arrow next to any group to view the users in that group. In this example, we are selecting "Employees."
Now, user the "up" and "down" arrows
to highlight the user you are looking for. Then, press the blue arrow next to the user like before.
From here you will see all the numbers set for this user. Highlight the one you want to call and either press the blue arrow or Dial soft key to place the call.
From the home page of the Contacts application, press the Search soft key.
Next, enter your search criteria and press Enter. In our example, we are entering "jo."
You'll then see all of the users that start with your search criteria. In our example, "jo."
Complete the call as described above or press the Exit soft key to return to the previous screen.
