This page allows you to set destination addresses for various emails that are sent out by the system, as well as the "from" address.
On the top menu click Admin
In the drop down click System Admin
In the right side navigation menu click Notifications Settings
The address entered here will be set as the "From:" address. All emails sent from this machine (unless overridden elsewhere) will come from this email address.
If you have an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) set up in the UPS Server section of System Admin, you can configure the system to e-mail alerts such as battery needing to be replaced, communications failure, communications OK, AC power lost, and AC power restored. All UPS alerts and event notifications will be sent to the email address you enter here.
If Asterisk crashes, or is restarted, this email address will receive an alert.
Any storage events, such as low disk space or RAID failures, will be sent to this address.
If a machine IP has been blocked and banned from the system by intrusion detection, an alert will be sent to this email address.
Reminders to download your call recording archives will be sent to this address.
Notifications of abnormal call volume will be sent to this address.
After you have entered the desired email addresses, click the Submit button to save your changes.
