Press the down arrow key.
Scroll down to the option, “Information."
Press the “check mark” button.
Scroll down to the “System Info” option and press the “check mark” button.
Scroll through the list of information to see the IP & MAC Addresses.
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "0000" by default.
Click on the "Advanced" option on the left side.
Click on “Update” on the top right.
Define the URL to your PBX in the "Setting URL" field. Generally this would be an IP Address, like 10.10.0.1 in our example. Then press the "Apply" button.
You will then be prompted to press the “Reboot” button.
Press the down arrow key.
Scroll down to the “Configuration” option.
Press the right arrow key until “Reset” appears.
Press the “check mark” button to reset the phone.
Press the “Menu” button.
Select option 5, "Maintenance.”
Select option 1 "System Info.”
You will now be shown the IP & MAC Addresses.
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "1234" by default.
Click on the "Advanced" option on the left side.
Click on “Update” on the top right.
Define the URL to your PBX in the "Setting URL" field. Generally this would be an IP Address, like 10.10.0.1 in our example. Then press the "Apply" button.
You will then be prompted to press the “Reboot” button.
Press the down arrow key.
Select option 5, "Maintenance."
Select option 4, "Reset Values."
Press the round center button.
Scroll to the right to the “Settings” option and click “OK."
Scroll down to the “System Info” option and press “OK."
The screen will now show the IP & MAC Addresses of the phone.
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "0000" by default.
Click on the “Network” option on the left.
Define the URL to your PBX in the "Provisioning Server" field. Generally this would be an IP Address, like 10.10.0.1 in our example. Then press the "Save" button.
Press and hold the reset button on the M9 base unit for 15 seconds.
All front panel lights come on when a factory restart is initiated.
On the PA1, press the reset button momentarily and the IP Address will be announced over the speaker or headset. Make sure you have a speaker or headset plugged into the device.
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
Log in with the phone admin password, which is "0000" by default.
On the left side under the “Status” section, click on “System Information."
The MAC Address will now display at the top.
