With the installation of this software, all Diva media boards can be used by different applications using open interfaces (CAPI, COM port, WAN Miniport) or using the Diva API offered by the Dialogic Diva SDK.
Most communications applications will natively work with one of the interfaces available for Diva media boards
Overview
The latest Sangoma Diva System Release SU for Windows enables all Diva® Media Boards to operate on Windows 10 x64, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022.
Note: support for 32-bit versions of the OS and older Windows editions is available on previous Service Updates available on the Download page.
Sangoma® Diva® System Release for Windows fully supports all the communications and remote access service features (RRAS) for Windows, providing support for remote dial-up access for ISDN, V.90 analog, POS modems (LBR coders, fast connect), or GSM mobile phones. With support for the CAPI 2.0 interface as well as modem emulation (COM port), the Sangoma® Diva® System Release for Windows allows Diva media boards to become effective solutions for enabling applications such as Unified Messaging (Fax, E-mail, Voice Mail, SMS) as well as Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Voice, Speech, and Conferencing.
Sangoma Diva System Release for Windows conforms to the Microsoft Plug and Play standard, permitting automatic recognition of a Dialogic Diva media board for easy installation or upgrade. The driver contains a graphical tool (Dialogic Diva Configuration Manager), which enables the easy configuration of lines, boards, and applications locally or in remote computer systems. Additionally, the Sangoma Diva System Release for Windows contains the Diva Monitor, a tool that displays the status of all B-channels and gives statistical information on incoming and outgoing calls.
