Dialogic Voice Cards - Error on re-installing NaturalAccess 2005-1
Information
Dialogic NaturalAccess Software is use to create development and runtime environment for creating voice, fxs, conferencing and video application using the Dialogic CG Series Media Boards.
Symptom
When reinstalling the Dialogic NaturalAccess™ 2005-1 Windows package, you may receive the error message "failed to install license manager."
Reason for the issue
The license manager package is not completely removed.
Fix / Solution
To resolve the problem, follow the steps below:
Make sure the previous installation of NaturalAccess is completely uninstalled.
Remove the directory where the Natural Access 2005-1 software was unzipped (for example: c:\NA2005).
Unzip the package again from the software downloaded from the Dialogic web site (the file is called 7100-77446.exe), and proceed with the installation.
