Objective

Intention of this section to document all the test scenarios which QA runs through to test the FreePBX v17 Install Script.

Vultr Cloud VM Testing

  1. Select Debian 12 VM

  2. Install Freepbx script

  1. Confirm FreePBX install script is updating repos to “Bookwarm”

  2. FreePBX installs successfully.

  3. “apt-update” should not update to Debian 13.x

  4. Confirm the freepbx17, nodejs , sangoma-pbx17packages are “hold” (not upgradable).

DigitalOcean Cloud VM Testing

  1. Select Debian 12 VM

  2. Install Freepbx script

Netinstall ISO

  1. Install Debian 12 ISO

    1. Follow wiki steps.

  2. Install Freepbx scrip
