FAX Support - Do I Need to Register My Switchvox Fax License After Applying a Backup (restoring system)?

Although it may show the Fax License under Tools > PBX Features: Sangoma AddOn Products, you will need to re-enter the fax license.

First, go to Tools > Sangoma AddOn Products > Select Product: Fax
Using your mouse, highlight and copy the complete FAX License Key shown and paste it into the Enter Your License Key field.
Click Register Product.

If the problem continues follow these steps:

Login to server as /admin
Go to Tools > PBX Features: Sangoma AddOn Products > click on the link shown after: Please visit the Sangoma website to see what Addon products are available for this PBX:
This will take you to another page where you enter your full Registration Code, then click Submit
Locate the Fax Addon License Key: Select and copy using your mouse. (FAX-XXXXXXXXXXXX)
Click Back button on browser to return to the server admin page for adding the license.
Select Product (choose Fax).
Paste in the Fax License Code copied from the license web page.
Click Register Product (blue) button.

Your fax license is now registered.
