FAX Support - How to Send a Fax from an ATA Through an Extension

1. Log into the extension's web suite

2. Select the Voicemail/Fax dropdown 

3. Navigate to Fax Options

4. Select the Sending/Receiving tab

5. Slide the Treat All Outgoing Calls As Faxes slider to YES. 

This will send the fax from the traditional fax machine (ATA) to your extension's outbox and then fax out using the Switchvox fax software.
