When troubleshooting an issue, support will generally use the built in VPN tool to access Switchvox. If VPN is not possible, below are a few options for remote access:

  1. You can provide an external IP address and Admin login credentials for access.

  2. Start a remote desktop session. We have generally seen the most success with http://join.me . Which is available through a free download.
