FAX Support - How to know Switchvox version from backup file.

  1. Login into Switchvox as administrator

  2. Go to Server->Maintenance->Backups

  3. Download backup file to a folder

  4. Look at the backup file. For example: SVBACKUP_REGCODE_2014-12-21-11-0-4_XXXXX-350-business.svb

  5. XXXXX is the Build Number

  6. Look for the Build Number in the page Switchvox - Release Notes and correspondent release (Version)
