In situations where there are audio quality issues making speech sound "robotic." the culprit is most often caused by a lack of bandwidth on the network. Usually this issue can be resolved by following the steps below:

• Disable QoS settings on any networking equipment.

• Test using a lower bandwidth Codec such as g.729 or g.726 which use less bandwidth.

• Test during a time when there is no other network traffic occurring.
