FAX Support - Why Isn't My Email Address Receiving Inbound Faxes For The Virtual Fax Service?
Virtual faxing is an add-on service for customers who have a cloud server with Sangoma. You can contact Sangoma Sales to purchase virtual fax numbers.
For each fax number, a maximum of three (3) email addresses is supported for OUTBOUND faxes.
For each fax number, a maximum of one (1) email address is supported for INBOUND, it is included as one of the three (3) total email addresses.
If you need to receive inbound faxes for more than one (1) email address, you can purchase an additional fax number or use an email distribution list to receive faxes. Using an email distribution list results in all parties receiving the same fax.
Note: During your fax account setup, you can specify the primary authorized email address for both Inbound and Outbound faxes. If you need to add additional email addresses, contact Sangoma at 256-428-6000.
