Analog fax machine not sending all dialed digits to the PBX

If your analog fax machine is not sending all of the dialed digits to the PBX, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the PBX as admin

2. Go to Setup > Channel Groups

3. Select the Analog Channel you would like to modify.

4. Click the pencil to the right of the analog channel to modify.

5. Choose the second Advanced Options, click the drop-down arrow and choose Show Advanced Group Options.

6. Locate Relax DTMF recognition, set this value to Yes.

7. Save by clicking the Save Channel Group, button at the bottom of the page.
