T1 Settings for OPC Marketing Predictive Dialer

Basic T1 Settings
The OPC Marketing dialer will connect to a PBXtra system using either a (customer or OPC Marketing-provided)T1 cross-over cable or straight analog line cords. For T1-based systems, the PBXtra system T1 interface needs to be configured for:
D4/SF framing
AMI line coding
Wink-start protocol
Basic Design
For background info, the OPC dialer will sit "beside" the PBXtra system and has it's own outgoing PRI/T1 circuits for performing the predictive dialing functionality. The OPC system will also have an extra T1 (or more) or analog FXS lines which will connect to the host PBX. (PBXtra in our case, of course.) Users will log into the PBXtra system normally and do not need to be in an ACD queue as the PBXtra system and the OPC system do not exchange info on agent status.
Once the OPC system is ready to start an outbound campaign, it will basically dial into the PBXtra system over the T1 wink-start line and, once the Auto-attendant answers, then it will enter DTMF digits corresponding to the extension of the agent to be connected to the OPC dialer. When the agent answers, the OPC system will begin placing outbound calls, and - internally to the OPC system - switch the connected audio stream to each connected call as needed. In other words, once the OPC dialer has connected to the agent extension on PBXtra, that "call" stays nailed up to the OPC system for the duration of the outbound campaign(s).
